How can I receive a card, and how long it will take?

To order a new PayAlly card, visit the ‘Order Card’ page. You can also sign up for a PayAlly account if you are not already a PayAlly customer. Your new PayAlly card will be delivered within seven days of your order. Once you have received your new card, you will need to activate it before you can start using it. Please follow the instructions on your card. Your PIN can be found in the ‘Your Card’ area of the web portal.
